The latest development in rainwater harvesting and recycling system is
the Solar powered Series 60W from ABS environmental |

Using a 12 volt 140 watt self priming variable speed pump this
remarkable system senses the difference between the low flow |

requirements needed for toilet cisterns and the higher flow needed for
washing machine filling and garden irrigation. Electronic |
| control adjusts
the pump speed automatically to achieve optimum results. A low energy
requirement means that this system

electronic control panel is supplied, with inbuilt by-pass valve and
dual check non-return valve. When a tap is turned |

in the house or garden the control module will react and sense the
demand for water. The pump will start automatically

provided that there is power available, and that there is sufficient
water in the tank. In the unlikely event of a power failure |
|
the control module will change to by-pass mode to provide an
uninterrupted supply of fresh water from the mains supply
|

These features ensure that there will always be a reliable supply of
clean, fresh water for toilet flushing and laundry use |

The concrete tank is built to AS1546.1
standards and incorporates a lower anchor flange to prevent uplift in
water laden soil |

first flush flush filter is mounted in the turret riser to trap leaves
and grit. These are simply washed away to the overflow |

Delivery to site is by a crane truck with a 5 metre reach. The tank can
be installed directly into the excavation to save time |

The control panel contains the pump and inlet filter as well as all of
the electrical components. This means that the tank can |
